Food trucks are growing in popularity across the country. They offer hungry customers meals ranging from hotdogs and nachos to gourmet lobster po’boys and sushi. Some trucks have enthusiastic professional cooks and chefs who specialize in certain types of cuisine. Native food trucks are no different.
