The Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state laws, protect jobs and the way of life for disabled individuals. Native Americans with disabilities living and working in Indian Country are not always afforded those same rights. Do disabled Native Americans face a harder life on the reservation without disability laws? What needs to be done to make sure disabled citizens are protected and are able to live a life free of discrimination in Indian Country?

Disabled or not should be treated right. Respect everyone’s need and way of living that is how to be a good person. Americans with Disabilities Act must be approve so that it will disabled person must be treated in different country. Thank you for posting this.
