A person convicted of a felony faces very serious consequences even after prison. A felony conviction strips people of certain privileges—such as voting or running for office–that others take for granted. A person who’s done time might also have trouble finding a job or a place to live. We’ll find out the barriers for people with a criminal past and ways to overcome them.
