The path to Native Hawaiian recognition remains murky. Department of the Interior just provided some clarity when it established new rules for a government-to-government relationship with Native Hawaiians. It offers recognition similar to that of Native Americans if Native Hawaiians form an autonomous government. It remains an open question whether the disparate opinions can come together to do that, however. We’ll hear different perspectives on the debate.

On the comments by the pro federal recognition spokes person talked about written testimonials and postcards sent in favor of fed reck forgot to mention multiple post cards were written in the same hand written which ckearly was fake… testimonials in writting was made by those chosen by the fake 3% from off island in fact the were sitting in the fake aha created by Na’i aupuni fake consitution.. which our
King Kamehameha III and our Kingdom lived by should be the only constitution for our people. It protects all lands for our people and for the betterment of our Kingdom….
The other fact is how in the world with very short notice for DOI to show up in Hawai’i and wanna talk about a gov to gov with US laws that don’t protect our people nor most important of Land the very necessity of life, waters and food… With little time our people gathered in one voice NO NO NO TO ALL QUESTIONS DOI RULE MAKING BOLOGNA… And yet infact 95% just as our elders vote back in 1900’s NO to becoming a part of the UNITED STATES.. Still the bullies of the world took stoled what they wanted…. this is my friends GENOCIDE to erase us from our own lands and not hearing the true voices….
QUESTION? How can 95% of live testimonials our the real voices of our people get thrown out and replacef by fake postcards and written computer testimonies…. This is fraud and examples of war crimes capabilities of the United States of America….
Last, Our people are now educated in the facts of truth and international laws. In other words we never truly gave up our Sovereignty and our Kingdom still to exist today…. This is a last attempt for the United States to cover the first lie with the next, out understanding what the US is offering is to totally wipe the Kanaka’s from ever claiming our rights again…. with the help of the state of Hawai’i, Oha and all government entities created by the federal government…. boom….. aloha and thank you again for sharing our real voices….Pamela Averill Kanaka…..
